What you may do
- Use a kit in unlimited commercial projects, for as long as you like. There is no project cap and no expiry date.
- Build client work with it and hand over the finished screens, including the Figma file you designed them in. What you may not hand over is the untouched kit as a deliverable of its own.
- Modify anything. Rename the components, delete half the file, rebuild the token set — it is your copy and nobody is checking.
- Use it on personal work, internal tools, products you sell and work you bill someone else for.
What you may not do
- Resell or redistribute the kit file, in whole or in part, free or paid.
- Publish it inside another kit, template pack, theme or marketplace listing — including one that mixes in components of your own.
- Share your account or your download links with anyone your licence does not cover.
- Pass the kit off as your own work. What you build with it is yours. The kit is not.
Team licence
A single-kit purchase covers one designer. MTBAY Complete includes a team licence: everyone at your company can open the files, on as many machines as they need, with no seat count to keep track of.
For a single kit across a team, email us and we will sort it out. It is a short conversation, not a procurement process.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions. Email us from the address you bought with and we will refund the order. Digital goods are hard to return, so we would rather you ask for the money back than stay annoyed.
The licence ends when the refund goes through, and the download links stop working with it.
